Customer Service Officer - 3 Month Renewable Contract

Reports to: Senior Customer Service Officer
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Location: Abu Dhabi

To effectively deliver best-in-class customer service, dispute management, efficient sales processes execution and accurate dispute registration and communication. The ultimate goal is to provide a seamless and integrated customer journey and a pleasant and swift experience.

•    Meet sales targets and KPls communicated by Senior Customer Service Officer /Customer Service Manager.
•    Register and manage walk-in customers’ in the company Customer Relation Management (CRM) by extracting customers’ Credit Report from the credit bureau core as well as handling client disputes (validation, registrations and tracking).
•    Reduce customer waiting time and increase efficiency in processing service requests through best-in-class customer service levels.
•    Adheres to company audit, legal, security, confidentiality and any other requirement as per company policy or instruction by Senior Customer Service Officer /Customer Service Manager.
•    Guides customers towards the right product to meet their needs and requirements.
•    Handle the online credit report processes.
•    Continuously propose changes to processes and systems with the objective to streamline and enhance the Customer Journey and overall experience.
•    Provides support on additional tasks and undertake responsibilities as decided from time to time by the Senior Customer Service Officer /Customer Service Manager.

•    Ability to comprehend and store recall information on the business and its products/services/processes.
•    Proven career experience in dealing with customers.
•    Experience working in financial services industry and in sales/customer service.
•    Proficient in English and Arabic.
•    Extremely ethical and private in customer dealings.
•    Excellent communication and soft skills.
•    High School or Diploma in any field preferable.
