Sr. Manager / BM-SMB Solution - Managed Vertical Proposition

 Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

Work in conjunction with the SMB segment marketing team to develop, deliver and manage SMB propositions related to Core Telecom and Managed Digital Solutions. Work in conjunction with the SMB Solutions, core telecom and managed services team to create bundles that are relevant to the SMB segment in the UAE, including segment vertical solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for developing roadmap, business plans and marketing strategies to launch products/services and bundles suited to the SMB market in UAE.
•    The propositions would include core fixed line telecom services of Broadband Internet, Landline, Mobile, Business devices, SaaS and managed services.
•    Define, develop and own the end-to-end experience for each proposition at every customer touch point
•    Carry the overall responsibility of the products revenue & VOA and meet annual targets / budgets set, in coordination with other Marketing teams and sales channels.
•    Analyze product/bundle performance achievements, highlights the challenges and report the enhancements recommendations to management
•    Calculates profitability of each product and revenue generation, growth and churn as well as fraud and bad debt.
•    Monitor churn propensity and coordinate with relevant teams to strengthen and/or activate retention measures
•    Responsible for conducting statistical and financial analysis to identify marketing opportunities/financial feasibilities and increase the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
•    Interfaces with other departments as required in order to ensure that introduction and promotion of new/ extended products & services are carried out systematically, professionally and with the support and cooperation of all concerned.
•    Suggests and conducts products/service improvements as required in order to meet growing customer demands and maintain competitive advantage based on market research.
•    Coordinates with Sales and Sales planning teams to identify gaps in the market as well as gaps in the product offering / proposition that are preventing the achievement of sales volumes or revenue targets.
•    Interacts, coordinates and cooperates with Product Development to assess technical feasibility and operating & development cost to ensure smooth technical launch and to improve product offerings in the market.
•    Assesses customer satisfaction in order to ensure that product & service offering optimally addresses the requirements of the various target segments and drives the improvement in product TRIM and NPS scores.
•    Develop & manage existing (in different life cycle stages) and new products & services and takes action to ensure market success.
•    Training the sales teams and / or coordinating with partners for training of the sales channels to enable them to sell the proposition.
•    Support sales teams with customer engagements on large bespoke deals
•    Present Product Propositions, Enhancements and Campaign initiatives to Management, CXO’s and relevant decision-makers with recommendations and business justifications.
•    Build sales enablement collateral (training materials, FAQ’s, brochures, sales playbooks, videos etc) in coordination with GTM team to support sales in selling the product/service.
•    Monitor and Manage Product lifecycle including all product enhancements as well as process enhancements in order to maximize customer uptake and product penetration.

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering or computer science
•    5-6 years experience in propositions and product management
•    Previous experience of creating and managing managed services propositions.
