F&B Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for:
* * Establishing the general F&B marketing strategy and the yearly F&B marketing plan, in close cooperation with the Director of Marketing Communications and the F&B Management.
* Supervising the functioning of all Food and Beverage department's marketing activities, promotions, sales and costs to ensure that department profits are maximized.
* Creating and implementing effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities, including but not limited to active involvement in finding the best advertising solutions.
* Coordination of all F&B promotions with the Sales & Events departments to ensure proper implementation.
* Maintaining a proper customer data base in conjunction with the Sales, Events and F&B teams.
* Acting as a customer relation liaison with a hands on approach to developing strong business relationship with clients, communicating with target customers and managing guests relationship.
* Conducting and compiling market researches analysis, evaluating marketing promotions and producing required reports for the Director of Marketing Communications and the F&B Management.
* Contributing to the selling strategy of the hotel and managing the departments to increase outlets awareness.
* Understanding the competitive marketplace and implementing approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market.

* A thorough understanding of and the ability to represent the Park brand.
* At least two years of work experience in a similar role, within a luxury environment.
* Effective communication skills in English; additional international language(s), primarily Arabic, will be an asset.
* Strong background in F&B, full competence in using marketing tools, techniques and social media platforms.

About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
