Associate - Collections & Disputes (6 months temp role)

ROLE SUMMARY
As an Associate - Collections and Disputes you will accountable for performing the collections and dispute management activities for the KSA operations. You will be based in the Dubai Office.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
•    Make collections call to the customer on the outstanding receivables to ensure that the customer does not fall behind on the payments.
•    Accurately maintain all customer accounts contacts (Customer contacts, sales contacts, etc) to ensure right party contacts on AR.
•    Resolve customer queries and disputes which might be a huddle for collecting the payment.
•    Properly document all the cash collection and dispute resolution efforts for both follow-up and audit purposes.
•    Negotiate with customers and create urgency in order to ensure the immediate payment for all outstanding invoices.
•    Create immediate payment arrangements with customers to ensure that invoiced debts do not become doubtful or bad.
•    Maintain continuous effort to build up coordination between internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
•    Strive for customer satisfaction in all forms of interaction, so that customer will keep doing business with averda.

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Minimum 2-4 years professional experience in collections, customer service, sales & dispute process is a must
•    Preference degree in accounting

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•    Excellent written and spoken English
•    Fast typing & data entry skills
•    Extensive Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
•    Exposure to any of the ERP Applications like Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft etc
•    Preference would be given to candidates who can speak English, Arabic and Hindi language
