Sales Engineer - Gas Compression/Processing



 A Large International Oil & Gas EPC Company in the Middle East is looking for a sales-driven and qualified
SALES ENGINEER to join their team in Kuwait. This role will be responsible for hard-core sales of equipment, turnkey solutions and Build/Own/ Operate/Maintain projects generally sold direct to end users for hydrocarbon gas processing, treating and gas compression projects.

•    Manage sales and business development activities in designated location
•    Develop new and maintaining existing client relationships, in addition to conducting regular sales calls to customer accounts
•    Research and identify potential customers for company products and services
•    Implement, assist in developing and executing sales and business development strategies
•    Document account activities, generate reports and keep records of business transactions as required
•    Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain company products and services to current and future customers
•    Present an in-depth rounded understanding of the company products, functions, features and benefits
•    Manage technical resources in order to meet the accounts needs.
•    Work and communicate well with all internal customers including Engineering and Service teams.
•    Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products and learn about industry developments as required
•    Comply with all company HR, Quality, HSE and all the company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
•    Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
•    Minimum 5 years related experience in the designated location market with a proven track record
•    Experience with gas processing, treating and compression projects is required
•    Knowledge of integrating equipment in a total solution including construction and operations is preferred
•    Proven track of closed and successful deals and knowledge of market and customer specifications
•    Ability to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, solve problems, communicate persuasively, be self-motivated and work between time zones and multicultural environment
•    Have organizational, team player, leadership, customer management and negotiation skills.
