Management Assistant - Temporary



 POSITION: Management Assistant (Temporary – 6 months)
DIVISION: Dairy
LOCATION: NME HO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
REPORTS TO: Business Executive Officer (BEO)


Major Responsibilities

Coordinate, manage and update the calendar of the Business Executive Officer based on meetings
Follow up on the monthly report and weekly plan with different team members across the Middle East region
Follow up with the team on the monthly meetings presentations
Coordinate, arrange, and run logistics for staff meetings and a variety of other Nestlé meetings including preparing meeting materials ahead of time
Prepare all documents required for travels and meetings
Arrange for external meetings, workshops and bookings (hotel, dinner, entertainment, meeting room set-up, stationary and other logistics)
Arrange and coordinate complex travel schedules, accommodations and travel logistics
Consolidate the minutes of meetings and send it to the concerned stakeholders
Communicate with other departments in order for business to run smoothly
Utilize various PC software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager and the team

Requirements
-    Experience in a similar role
-    UAE Residence Visa (Husband/Father)
-    Very good memory, positive and energetic
-    Ability to deal closely with contacts and build strong, sustainable relationships
-    High computer literacy
-    Very good time management skills
-    Passionate about the job
-    Strong organizational skills
-    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
