Holiday Support Executive



Assists the Manager - Holidays in all activities pertaining to operating and selling Air Arabia Holidays online/offline products and services to the various distribution channels (B2B; B2C). He/she shall provide on-going operational support to Suppliers and Agents network as well as Call Centre on any Holiday related inquiries and system knowledge.

Requirements
-    3+ years of related working experience in Holiday packages in aviation industry/travel agents/DMC; experience with low cost airline is a plus.
-    Bachelor degree in Management or equivalent.
-    Previous experience in online sales and marketing is desirable for this role.
-    Capable of using technology systems and tools; proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Web Search.
-    Fluent in English & Arabic Languages. (Non-Arabic speakers to be considered based on Line Manager’s approval only).
