Head Of Campaigns & CLM



 ob Purpose:

Head of CLM ensures his Unit performs the required tasks to drive cross-sell and actively supports front line in selling to existing customers and all other activities related to the unit.

Job Responsibilities:

CLM

•    Identify opportunities for selling to existing base, based on customer needs and life cycle and develop strategic marketing / business campaigns to attract new customers.
•    Map products vs demographics to identify customer propensity and life cycle stage to take up different products
•    Understand the psychographics and requirements of customers to develop products / propositions that best suit their needs.
•    Explore the customer database and articulate campaigns / tactical plans in CRM to increase product penetration, cross sell and up sell as per the customer life cycle
•    Identify areas of opportunity and recommend/ drive implementation of campaigns (external / internal) for customer acquisition based on the customer life cycle
•    Coordinate with MIS to generate leads, according to defined plan, in a timely manner
•    Develop, manage and maintain all required tools
•    Liaise with Group CLM for execution and tracking of campaigns
•    Monitor cross-selling and CLM KPIs

Cross Fertilization:

•    Ensure synergies are leveraged upon across various segments and divisions, i.e, affluent, SME, Corporate and overall business is enhanced through existing customers
•    Explore segment portfolios and identify customers to target
•    Build a customized proposition (financial / non-financial) in consultation with the relevant product team and Group procurement
•    Develop the pitch and provide training to the relevant acquisition channel
•    Develop and track cross-fertilization initiatives/campaigns and acquisition programs
•    Monitor cross-fertilization KPIs

Retention Strategy:

•    Manage attrition across products with the aim of retaining profitable segments / customers
•    Identification of reasons for attrition across products
•    Articulate segment retention strategies in consultation with product / segment / retention team
•    Identify and launch retention activities/campaigns
•    Periodic review and update of retention strategy / policy
•    Monitor retention KPIs

Others:

•    Implement projects assigned to campaigns management in a timely manner
•    Ensure alignment with other stakeholders
•    Propose initiatives to support Retail growth
•    Take ownership of any other responsibility as assigned within the scope of the unit
•    Assess all direct reports according to their performance and ensure management of all Group staff in a way to ensure optimum productivity and lowest attrition
•    Manage key stakeholders to ensure campaign success from planning: segments & product units to execution channels: distribution, call center, digital.

Requirements
Key Requirements:

•    Education
•    Bachelor or MSc degree within the fields Finance, Banking, Mathematics, Business Administration or Computer Science

Experience:

•    7+ years in Retail banking, with extensive experience in campaigns management and data analytics
•    Proven track record in coordinating initiatives involving different stakeholders
•    Previous relevant experience in UAE

Knowledge & Skills:

•    Outstanding analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
•    Solid quantitative and computer skills
•    Excellent understanding of campaign management systems and integration with channels
•    Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and alternatives
•    Significant experience in facilitating with teams on implementations of systems
•    Strong ability to multi-task
•    Strong communication skills, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms via presentations and written forms
