Façade Opportunity - Singapore

My client, a Design & Build Façade Firm are currently seeking the following positions due to recent success and regional expansion plans to be based in their Singapore HQ.

They are involved in multi-million dollar projects from start to finish, creating innovative design solutions and customised products to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients. Their focus is on curtainwall systems, cladding systems and architectural metalworks.

They now invite high calibre professionals for the following positions:-

Requirements
Assistant Contracts Manager
• Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
• Award contracts to subcontractors base on specifications and work scope
• Submit progress claims to main contractors
• Process sub contractors’ claims and certify payment
• Lead and guide a team of QS to achieve department objectives
• Administer sub contracts fairly in accordance to contract conditions.
• 5 years’ working experience
• Singapore /PR preferred
• English & Mandarin preferred


Project Designer/ Material Planner
• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
• 3D AutoCad experience
• Design & preparation of shop drawings and cutting list for Aluminium curtain wall, cladding window, etc.
• Able to work independently
• Confidence in meeting Architects to obtain shop drawings approval
• 5 years’ working experience
• Singapore / PR preferred
• English & Mandarin preferred


Assistant General Manager
• Degree in Building, Mechanical and Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Oversee the function of all operational departments to ensure that effectiveness and operational efficiency are achieved.
• Responsible for successful completion of all projects in line with projects specifications and schedules.
• Enhance the performance of a highly motivated team.
• Responsible for achieving profitability targets of every project.
• Seniority in Façade construction industry
• Malaysian/HK/Singapore/Singapore PR
• English & Mandarin
