Travel Clerk/ Movement Coordinators - Dubai

We are currently seeking an experienced administration and travel coordination professional, preferably with Defence Force experience to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. This role will initially be offered as 12 month fixed term unaccompanied contracts, based in Dubai.

The purpose of this position is to assist the Australian Commonwealth Defence Force with coordinating and administrating the movements of the Australian Defence Force personnel internally at Al Minhad Airbase, as well as externally (in-country relocations and scheduled leave).

Requirements
Essential Criteria
•    Possess a current Australian Federal Security Clearance (minimum requirement - Negative vetting level 1) - preferred
•    Current valid Australian Drivers Licence (in order to obtain UAE driving licence)
•    Australian Citizen - essential
•    Willing to relocate to the Middle East for 12 months

Skills and Experience
•    Travel booking / coordination experience
•    Strong administration skills in a fast paced environment
•    Experience working in a base operations environment - preferably Defence industry

Personal Qualities
Applicants must demonstrate excellent organisational, time management and communication (both verbal and oral) skills and have the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks. Exceptional candidates will be professional presented, customer service orientated, approachable and possess sound computer literacy.
