Territory Sales Manager



 Territory Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi

Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for sales, business development and overall sale revenue and profitability of the business from Abu Dhabi. He will be responsible for selling products and solutions from the four business units of Topnet: cabling, data center, security & AV, and networking.

The TSM will have a team of internal sales and support people. The sales manager and the team will work through channel partners in the Abu Dhabi region. The TSM will identify project business and also work with consultants and contractors on identified projects. He will have to visit all customers in the territory.

The job involves business development, identifying sales opportunities, following up on all proposals, presenting and arranging demonstrations wherever required, achieving the sales revenue and profit target for the territory, mentoring the team, coordinating with divisional sales managers and vendors on sales forecasts, pipeline and projects, maintaining relationship with vendors and customers.

Requirements
The right candidate will have at least 7 years of selling experience in IT / Telecom / Networking / Security field. He should have at least 5 years of sales / business development in any of the areas of: structured cabling, data center, networking/wireless, security & audio video. He must have UAE experience and driving licence. Degree level education, preferably engineering is a minimum requirement. Specialised training in networking and selling skills will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are must.

The person must have an entrepreneurial spirit and ready to work on a package which will
have a high portion of it as variable, which will be linked to achieving the sales revenue and profit target.
