Sales Account Manager - Global Logistics

•    Strengthen relationships with existing designated accounts.
•    Penetrate organisational structure for designated accounts and develop relationships at all levels beyond main point of contact.
•    Understand customers’ business and strategy and our role (3 PL) with the customer.
•    Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up.
•    Communicate service issues to Department Managers/Supervisors.
•    Action items lists maintained and updated weekly for follow up items.
•    Identify opportunities and grow business from acquisition and designated accounts.
•    Share weekly schedule with all Departments to help coordinate and participate in joint account visits.
•    Assume lead responsibility for the efficient delivery of all services.
•    Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
•    Implement a strategic business plan to support customer base and drive new sales
•    Comprehend client’s full requirements to ensure full encompassing solution is presented
•    Conduct presentations and product demos.
•    Work closely with internal team to ensure the best results for customers
•    Responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets
•    Identify competitive threats in the market place.
•    Ability to work under tight deadlines.

•    Experience in global logistics (3 PL, Warehousing, Transportation or equivalent) with high customer focus, action-oriented & excellent communication skills to look for the best practice solution through negotiation.
•    Minimum 5 years sales experience (+Preferred Freight forwarding).

•    Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
•    Extremely strong presentation skills, Computer knowledge, and English language
•    Strong 3 PL Market and competitor knowledge
•    Ability to effectively influence and negotiate
•    Highly driven to exceed objectives
•    Good business and work ethics
