Regional Sales Manager

Our client is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, but will also have the opportunity to travel across the Middle East.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will report to the Commercial Director and will lead the sales and trade marketing team to deliver sales objectives. You will use your strong sales skills to identify new business opportunities and increase the client base. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the maintenance and growth of market share. You will be a proactive change maker and think of creative and imaginative ways to make process improvements. You will monitor market trends, working in partnership with the Trade Marketing Manager to coordinate promotional activities to market products.

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years UAE experience within a multiple market sales role within either appliances, homeware, kitchen, glass or related FMCG industry. You should be a fluent Arabic speaker and the ability to speak French would be an advantage. You should be able to travel across the GCC freely, therefore hold a passport to allow this. You should be a motivated and entrepreneurial spirited individual, with cultural adaptability and be able to work autonomously.
