Product Engineer - Network and Voice Infrastructure



 The Role will also play a key role in establishing, maintaining and enforcing standards that will ensure all connectivity standards are preserved despite continuous development and changes from the application and development teams; allowing agile delivery for all projects

You will be responsible to drive the continuous product engineering lifecycle of a defined set of technologies; that will deliver a standard stack of consumable products within the banks Datacentres in the following areas:
1.    Network Security: covering Firewalls, Load balancers, Proxies, IPS, and all remaining products that are utilized to secure the network layer.
2.    Network and Voice: covering Data Network Switching & Routing, Voice Infrastructure and all telecom links across all locations and Datacentres.
3.    Datacentre: covering all Datacentres, server rooms, IDFs facilities own or rented by the bank.

Requirements
10 years of experience at a relevant managerial position in large organizations
•    Excellent technical knowledge in Cisco Routing and Switching Technologies
•    Excellent technical knowledge in Avaya Voice Technologies
•    Excellent technical knowledge in links connectivity
Strong people and leadership management skills with proven ability to lead, motivate, inspire, develop, and encourage people.
