Salary: up to AED 33,000 plus family status benefits
Location: Dubai

Our Client is one of the leading Real Estate Developers in the region and abroad.

Having been a part of major developments and contributing to Dubai’s landscape for many years.

Their portfolio includes Hospitality, Residential, Shopping malls and infrastructure.

As a result of their expansion and we are seeking a highly skilled and experience Operations Manager, reporting to the General Manager - Mall Operations.

The Key role is to ensure efficient and cost effective operations across their malls and community centres. Create a trouble free and customer satisfied experience.

•    Regular Mall and Community Centres inspection to ensure cleanliness standards are met
•    Check kiosk and retail units and report on fit out, merchandise standards
•    Co-ordinate and communicate with interdepartmental on matters affecting mall operations
•    Ensure the Mall is presented to the public and tenants in line with Global Best Practices
•    Liaise with external service providers to ensure mall standards are maintained and enhanced. At the expiry of contract, prepare scope of works and work with procurement to get best quotes
•    Optimize operation of utilities and improvement of outputs from existing resources
•    Conduct inspections of F&B outlets and retail units to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
•    Develop operating procedures to facilitate efficient mall operations and functions
•    Meet regularly with the FM team to resolve any customer complaints or issues
•    Prepare monthly maintenance and customer complaint reports
•    Review technical reports and give recommendations
•    Liaise with Government authorities to resolve any MEP issues

•    Bachelors degree in Engineering
•    Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
•    Good understanding of international standards on building services and facilities management
•    Knowledge of reports, cost expenditures, purchase requisitions, stores requisitions and authorisation expenditure to a certain level
•    Technical and Management knowledge with proven experience
•    Experience in preventative / breakdown maintenance procedures and schedules and advise on recommendations
•    Previous exposure to preparing standard operating procedures
•    Posses a good track record, initiative and knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical systems with BMS experience.
•    Computer literacy: MS Office, etc.
•    Critical thinking and organisational skills
•    Multitasking and hard working ability
