Technical Sales Manager - AV



Technical Solutions Sales Manager is required by a leading global producer of Professional Audio Brands to join an exciting growth phase of its regional expansion strategy. You will be tasked with developing multiple avenues of revenue streams and act as a key sales person within the team.

Your main duties and responsibilities:



Managing all business matters between our company and its counterparts. (e.g. participating in project design and coordination meetings, sales & marketing meetings …)
Developing new business via multiple networks and channels in order to maximize products and solutions base sales.
Project management of RFP, RFIs, where you will be responsible for writing technical design reports, preparing design drawings and specifications for the projects.
Provide timely feedback, both technical and commercial, for customers as well as managing internal stakeholders and management.
Be dedicated to attending and participation of trade fairs, events and shows, whereby you are representing the brand and developing external relationships.
Train and mentor the end-users, consultants, while providing the appropriate support and guidance to system integrators.

Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales, business development and account management experience within the AV field (either from manufacturer or distributor)
Experience of working with Audio DSP and related field.
Have high levels of computer networking experience, preferably including audio networking
Strong contacts and relationships within the audio marketplace, systems integrators, channel and alliance partners.
Possess a solid blend of technical and sales skills.
Be sales motivated, self-driven and be willing to go the extra mile for both clients and customers.
Have excellent levels of computer skills in MS Suite, CAD and EASE modelling software.
Strong communication and language skills (Arabic a big plus).
