Project Planner/Coordinator - Saudi National

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

Our dedicated Project Management Team at RLB in Saudi Arabia are responsible for delivering a varied portfolio of projects spanning a variety of sectors. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long term relationships with them.

We are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Defence, Residential, Education, Sports, Nuclear and Retail clients and projects.

Due to the growth of the RLB Saudi Arabia business, we are currently seeking a Senior Project Planner to join our client focused-team in Dammam.

Key Responsibilities:
•    To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
•    Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies
•    Preparation of key stage reports
•    Preparation of various schedules and plans of work
•    To interact and support the effective information sharing / collection with all the internal and external project stakeholders in an appropriate manner
•    Prepare a project work breakdown structure and plan / schedule which can deliver the project objectives and providing effective project performance measurement and reporting
•    To develop the appropriate quality plan / schedule in line with the project scheduling principles and processes.

Requirements

•    Construction Project Management degree or a similar construction related qualification with extensive technical delivery experience in a similar role gained within a consultancy or end user client
•    Previous experience of preparation of Project Blueprints
•    The candidate must be familiar with Prince2 and MSP procedures.
•    Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers is essential
•    Experience of using several project management scheduling tools & techniques
•    Proven relevant experience within a project control environment
•    Experience of managing resources as well as activities on a Project
•    Financial and risk management awareness;
•    Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
•    Excellent customer service, communication and client/external interface skills
•    A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines
•    A team player with a 'can do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable and flexible
