Head of Business - Group of Restaurants



Job description / Role
The Head/Managing Director will be responsible for managing Group of Restaurants in UAE

Mminimum 10years experience
- Operations leadership experience and ability to manage overall operations issues
- Previous experience in branding and opening new outlet in the region is essential
- Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English essential.
- Long-term strategic planning, management development, project management, quality improvement skills required
- Excellent management, leadership and strategic planning skills
- Prepare annual company budgets and monitor performance against the approved budgets.
- Provide guidance, development and training to assigned staff and encourage individual development.
- Ensure organization is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance to the company business development plans & objectives.
- Responsible for all pre-opening sourcing, purchases, concepts, brand standards, service standards, manning, budgeting, preparation and launch of the restaurants; project budgeting, In-depth coordination with construction & site management team to deliver the pre-openings on given time and within budget.

Salary:
AED 60,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The role also includes responsibilities relating to business strategy, managing owner relationships and discussions, international travel for site visits and meeting owners and stakeholders, target market assessment and review and approval of managers and junior team members’ work.
